Highway <br /> Administration and/or the Federal Transit Administration, <br /> or their representative(s) ; <br /> - A member of the Triangle Transit Authority (TTA) Board of <br /> Trustees; and <br /> - Other local, regional, state, or federal agencies <br /> impacting transportation in the planning area at the <br /> invitation of the TAC. <br />
