Investigation of Noncompliant Activities <br /> The Grantor may investigate any matter covered under this Contract and may withhold <br /> any payments until the results of the investigation have been revealed. Reimbursement to <br /> the Contractor will be determined upon resolution of the investigation by the Grantor. <br /> OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS: CERTIFICATIONS AND COMPLIANCE <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. _x 24 CFR Part 84 Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and <br /> Cooperative Agreements to Hospitals, Institutes of Higher Education and Non-profit <br /> Organizations, which sets forth rules for administering all federal grant funds. <br /> 2.
