Hillsborough Planning Board —Appointment <br /> 36 The Board considered making an appointment to the Hillsborough Planning Board. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner Rich to <br /> 39 appoint Erin Eckert to a second full term, to position #1. Hillsborough ETJ, with an expiration <br /> 40 date of 10/31/2016. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Chair Jacobs noted that none of the Board members are familiar with this candidate. He <br /> 45 said this is another reason to create a mechanism for communicating with representatives of <br /> 46 the other advisory boards. He said the applicant cannot be expected to reflect Board policies if <br /> 47 the Board does not know them. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 h.
