The Manager to execute the attached Letter of Intent with the Towns of Chapel Hill, <br /> 6 Carrboro and Hillsborough when approved by the Towns; <br /> 7 2. The County Attorney, working with the Town Attorneys, to prepare an interim <br /> 8 agreement that would allow the County to proceed to expedite implementation of the <br /> 9 roll carts and new collection service for the Urban Curbside Program with the <br /> 10 objective being full implementation by July 1, 2014 and authorize the Manager to <br /> 11 execute the agreement; and <br /> 12 3. The Manager to award the bid for the roll carts not to exceed $1,100,000. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 15 <br /> 16 c.
