PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 32 <br /> 33 The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br /> 36 <br /> 371. 1. Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Text Amendment—To review government <br /> 38 initiated amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to change the existing <br /> 39 standards for home occupations, modify and clarify existing regulations and definitions <br /> 40 associated with home occupations, and allow for the exemption of special events organized or <br /> 41 affiliated with a governmental or non-profit agency.
