Every south-facing barn roof is a candidate <br /> for a photo-voltaic (PV) array, and farms usually have <br /> open acreage that can support a stand-alone PV array; <br /> 10) Authority to Amend the Orange County Civil Rights <br /> Ordinance - Orange County seeks legislative action to <br /> • provide the County the authority to include sexual <br /> orientation and sexual identity as protected classes . <br /> The Board of Commissioners adopted the Orange County <br /> Civil Rights Ordinance in 1994 with the purpose and <br /> policy to promote the equal treatment of all <br /> individuals .
