NOW THEREFORE, the parties wish to supplement the aforementioned Agreements whereby the following <br /> provisions are amended: <br /> � , J <br /> FUNDING & RESP6NSIBILITIES <br /> The Department's original participation was$459,360. T Department authorized and will have reimbursed 7 <br /> $198,000 by the end of October 013 (at a rate of 10 a). To allow flexibility for the County, the Department <br /> agrees to allow one additional yea ,of funding to b authorized, or$130,680, which will be reimbursed at a <br /> e <br /> rate of 80%. The County shall provide the non- deral match, or$67,320. The County has until November <br /> 2015, five years from the original date of aut rization, to operate the transit service. <br /> TITLE VI <br /> The County shall comply with Title I of the Civil ights Act of 1964 (Title 49 CFR, Subtitle A, Part 21).
