How could the Student Enrichment Grant (SEG) process itself be improved? I found the SEG process to be clear and accessible. How did you acknowledge the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School Foundation's grant? (Please attach any applicable printed material.) The Chapel Hill-Carrboro School Foundation's grant was acknowledged at staff meetings and at the PAHS parent night. Each workshop facilitator was given information about the Public School Foundation's grant and understands that the workshops are being funded by grant money provided by PSF. We were also required to make a list of accomplishments for PAHS this year, and for many of the accomplishments we made note that the PSF supported all of the opportunities we were able to give to our students. Additionally, when talking to community members about the extra-curricular activities that we have at PAHS, it is always made clear that we do not have "extra-curricular", but with the help of the PSF, we are able to fund additional educational opportunities for our students. Students, staff members, and community members understand the vital role that the PSF plays in our students' success. Without grant funding, our students would be left without an Arts Program, community garden, and field trips.
