� n <br /> s <br /> Programming Phase <br /> An on-site meeting with EMS and County representatives to discuss all spaces(interior and <br /> exterior)needed for the appropriate prototype facility needs. <br /> SCNA will submit a draft written program document that identifies all spaces,their sizes <br /> and descriptions,total facility size,and projected construction cost to EMS and County <br /> staff for review,comment and approval. <br /> SCNA will revise,finalize and submit the written program document. <br /> Schematic Design Phase <br /> Based upon the approved written program and construction cost estimate, SCNA will <br /> prepare concept floor plans of both prototype facilities. <br /> An on-site meeting with EMS and County representatives to present the concept floor plans <br /> and gather input for further development. <br /> SCNA will incorporate the ideas and suggestions developed from the meeting,and will also <br /> prepare concept exterior elevation sketches. <br /> An on-site meeting with EMS and County representatives,along with the Public(l" Public <br /> Meeting)to present the further developed floor plans and concept exterior elevations(90% <br /> Schematic Design documents). <br /> SCNA will revise and finalize the Schematic Design documents. <br /> Written Report Phase <br /> SCNA will prepare the draft summary booklet to include the information as described <br /> above. <br /> An on-site meeting with EMS and County representatives,along with the Board(2nd Public <br /> Meeting)to present the draft summary booklet and to receive further input. <br /> SCNA will finalize the written report. <br /> Report and Presentation Phase <br /> SCNA will present the final report and data to the Board(P Public Meeting). <br /> SCNA will make any final revisions requested by the Hoard to the report. <br /> SCNA will submit the final document to the County. <br /> ARCHITECTURE <br /> PLANNING 2 <br /> IN-1 ERIORS <br /> 7,ONSULTING <br />
