In order to provide <br /> EMS Director a centralized location for the EMS, the County <br /> (704)736-9385su .. y < -- set aside property within a County campus that <br /> rrombs @lincolncounty.org already housed the Sheriff's Department,Jail,and <br /> Animal Control Center. In order to meet the limited <br /> ROLE: project budget,the facility was designed as a pre- <br /> Architect of Record engineered structure, yet finished with the same <br /> architectural details of the adjacent facilities. All <br /> public, private, and apparatus needs are met in <br /> the simple and functional floor plan. <br /> SCOPE: � -�... .� �� <br /> Site Planning The EMS facility had obvious training/meeting <br /> Programming+Concept ., : space needs as part of their program. Since <br /> Schematic Design „ '` the new facility is immediately adjacent to other <br /> Sustainability Consulting County departments, an attached yet separate <br /> Construction Documents training room with public toilets was designed. <br /> Construction Admin.
