Scottie Scott <br /> From: Wilkerson [wilkersoncontracting @yahoo.com] <br /> Sent: Thursday, July 11, 2013 2'42 PM <br /> To: Scottie Scott <br /> Subject: Project delay and Change order2 request <br /> Attachments: Buckhorn CO 2.doc; ATT00074.txt <br /> J <br /> Buckhorn CO 2.doc ATT00074.bct(190 <br /> (23 KB) B) <br /> Scottie, <br /> The JF Wilkerson clearing crew has encountered a delay and added expense on sewer line <br /> S-3, near Man Hole 57 - 61. <br /> On July 9, 2013 Mr. Blaine Pope stopped the clearing crew from crossing his property, or <br /> his brother Michael Pope's property. <br /> I discussed the delay and problem with Kevin Lindley at Orange County, and these <br /> landowners have historically been very difficult to deal with. <br /> The County has condemned these properties, and apparently, the brothers have not or will <br /> not sign the required documents and pick up their payment for the easement. <br /> Please see the attached change order request for moving in and out due to the unforeseen <br /> delay. <br /> Wilkerson also request additional days added to the contract from July 9 to whenever the <br /> issue is resolved and crews can resume clearing. <br /> Thanks, <br /> Mike <br /> 1 <br />
