7 <br /> Orange County Personnel Ordinance Issue Date:August 5, 2011 <br /> Earned Annual Leave may be accumulated without a maximum until January 31 <br /> of each year. On that date, any accumulated Annual Leave in excess of 240 hours <br /> is converted to Sick Leave.
