11. Appointments <br /> a. Advisory Board on Aging —Appointments <br /> The Board considered making appointments to the Advisory Board on Aging. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> appoint Ed Flowers to the Hillsborough Town Limits position for a second full term ending <br /> 06/30/2016 and CDR Alexander Castro, Jr. to an At- Large position for a second full term <br /> ending 6/30/2016 on the Advisory Board on Aging. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Dorosin, seconded by Commissioner Price to <br /> appoint Dr. Tori Reid to position #10 —At- Large, with an ending date of 6/30/2016. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> b. Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment—Appointment <br /> The Board considered making an appointment to the Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner McKee to <br /> appoint Jennifer Amster to the Chapel Hill Board of Adjustment. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> C. Commission for the Environment—Appointments <br /> The Board considered making appointments to the Commission for the Environment. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon seconded by Commissioner Rich to <br /> appoint Donna Lee Jones to the Water Resources position with an expiration date of <br /> 12/31/2015; appoint Susie Enoch to an At-Large position with an expiration date of <br /> 12/21/2015; and to move Gary Saunders, from an At-Large position (# 9) to the Engineering <br /> position (# 12) since he is an Engineer and appoint Jeanette O'Conner to Mr. Saunders' At- <br /> Large Position. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Dorosin to appoint <br /> Steven Niezgoda to an At-Large position (# 14) with an expiration date of 12/31/2015. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> d. Economic Development Advisory Board —Appointments <br /> The Board considered making appointments to the Economic Development Advisory <br /> Board. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Dorosin, seconded by Commissioner Rich to <br /> appoint Will Lambe to the UNC — Chapel Hill position on the Economic Development Advisory <br /> Board. <br /> VOTE: 1-6 (Commissioner Dorosin- yea) <br />
