Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> Chair Jacobs said he wanted to express concern, on behalf of the Board of County <br /> Commissioners and the residents of Orange County, for the residents of Oklahoma. <br /> Chair Jacobs reviewed the following items at the Commissioners' places: <br /> - Budget PowerPoint— item 4a <br /> - White sheet- Revised SAPFO abstract - item 5g <br /> - White sheet— Revision to services agreement— item 7a <br /> - Space Study PowerPoint— item 8b <br /> - Lavender sheet— Information item —Agenda team response letter to petitions from the <br /> April 23, 2013 meeting. <br /> John Roberts introduced the new staff attorney in his office, James Bryan, from the City <br /> of Lumberton. He said Mr. Bryan was previously in private practice and had been a planner for <br /> Onslow County. He said the Commissioners would primarily see him at Quarterly Public <br /> Hearings and Board of Adjustment meetings, as his focus will be land use. <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br /> 2.
