Religious Oriented,Political Issue or Other Non-Commercial Issue Ads.The <br /> disclaimer notice must: <br /> • Identify who paid for the message. <br /> • List the permanent address,telephone number or World Wide Web <br /> address of the person who paid for the communication. <br /> 15.
