Initial Evaluation of facility—Meetings with Architect(7-9-13&8-19-13 in Chapel Hill,NC) (Completed) <br /> 2. Meet with key individuals employed by the county to confirm desired usage of AV systems within the facility. As <br /> possible and necessary,demonstrate products and ideas for assistance in making an educated decision. We feel this <br /> is an imperative first step to eliminate any wasted motion and facilitate a timely schedule.(In progress) <br /> 3. Through information gathered from your staff and previous design experience, we will provide the expertise in <br /> determining what products would best meet the goals of the Orange County Government. This will produce a <br /> preferred equipment list. Some physical parts will need to be re-identified at the time of hardware bid,but the the- <br /> ory behind the design behavior should not change much,if any. <br /> 4. We will work with the Architect and provide necessary information to them concerning the AV systems. We will <br /> create an equipment list that Orange County will use for procuring the necessary hardware.This list will be device <br /> and model specific,to ensure the integrity of the design and intended outcome. <br /> 5. This agreement will be using a 60/40 split,with 60%reserved for hardware/cabling needs and the additional 40% <br /> reserved for design/installation labor. The projected total budget for this project is $250,000. We will do monthly <br /> progress billing. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your group on the AV system for the new Orange County Link <br /> Government Center.
