Facility Program Develop a detailed operationala nd architectural program i.e., <br /> Facility Program Document for a new jail facility for Orange <br /> County,to accommodate the preferred inmate population <br /> projections scenario identified in Phase 1 <br /> 2.1 Coordinate and facilitate a meeting with the Project <br /> Manager/Team/Work Group(PM/T/WG)and invited participants <br /> to discuss,and document the overall purpose; i.e. "Mission" <br /> expected of the Orange County Jail <br /> 2.2 The documentation produced,for approval by the PM/T/WG <br /> will include; <br /> • Jail facility Mission Statement <br /> • Functional requirements <br /> • Performance objectives <br /> • Design objectives <br /> 2.3 The key functional areas to be included and programmed for <br /> development will include at least those required by NC Jail <br /> Standards as well as those identified as necessary by the <br /> Solutions for Local Government,Inc. 7 <br />
