324 <br /> it was moved and adopted, that the County approve the design and engineer- <br /> ing specifications for the installation of an Emergency Medical Services <br /> Communication System and that the Emergency Medical Council be authorized <br /> to solicit bids for the system. <br /> Dr. Dent stated that she would like to see the communication system <br /> administered by technical supervisors answerable to a Commission that <br /> had the "know how" about communications and that the Commission in turn <br /> would be answerable to the County Commissioners.
