ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT - Z-1-91 JAMES R. SPARROW <br /> This property is located on the north side of NC Highway 54 <br /> approximately 900 feet east of the Morrow Mill Road intersection. It <br /> is 2 .94 acres and known as lot 27A on tax map 26 of Bingham Township. <br /> The current zoning is Neighborhood Commercial and Agricultural <br /> Residential. The applicant is requesting a designation of Local <br /> Commercial.
