FORMATION AND CHARGE TO SHORT-LIVED_FACT-FINDING COMMITTEE ON <br /> EQUITY FUNDING <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Halkiotis to approve the formation, charge and composition of a short- <br /> lived fact-finding committee on equity funding. The committee will be <br /> chaired by Shirley Marshall and the membership will include: (1) the <br /> Chairs of both systems, (2) Interim County Manager or his designee, (3) <br /> the Superintendents of both systems or their designee, (4) a teacher from <br /> each of the teacher organizations in each system and (5) the Financial <br /> Officers of both systems and the County. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> H.
