The proposed text amendments, if approved, would <br /> bring the Orange County Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance <br /> into compliance with changes in Federal regulations. <br /> Susan Smith summarized the proposed changes. <br /> NO COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Carey, to refer the Subdivision Regulations text <br /> amendments, the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance amendments and the <br /> Zoning Ordinance text amendments, with the exception of the <br /> Subdivision regulations for recreation space, to the Planning Board <br /> for their recommendation. The public hearing on the amendment to the <br /> Subdivision regulations for requirements for recreation and open space <br /> will be continued to March 5, 1986 at 7 : 30. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> With no further business to come before the Board, Chair Willhoit <br /> adjourned the meeting.
