Because nominations had to be <br /> presented no later than July 22, it was felt that enough time would not be <br /> allowed to receive nominations and make a decision. JULY 4. 1985 FIREWORKS DISPLAY <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Walker to approve a fireworks display to be held at the Collins Little League <br /> Field on July 4, 1985 and authorize the Manager to sign letter of approval. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> G.
