The property is located on a private <br /> road (Elva Lane) off of NC Highway 54 in Bingham Township. Three lots are pro- <br /> posed out of 4.15 acres. The lot sizes are 2.12 acres, 1.08 acres and .95 <br /> acre. The property is zoned R-1. On May 20, 1985 the Planning Board recommended approval of a Class <br /> A road to serve the minor subdivision. At their June 3, 1985 meeting, the <br /> Board of Commissioners directed that the Planning board reconsider this item, <br /> particularly in terms of potential density and right-of-way problems.
