SPACE PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE FOR CARR BUIIDING <br /> RENOVATION <br /> Commissioner Marshall questioned the hourly rate as provided by Gary <br /> Giles of Chapel Hill and Dail Dixon Associates of Carrboro. Bill Laws <br /> indicated that most of the renovation will take a lower level of expertise <br /> which will not necessitate paying the higher hourly rate listed. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall to award Carr Building Architectural Services contract to CHR <br /> Associates at an amount not to exceed $15,460. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> R.
