APPEALICEDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION Susan Smith presented for consideration an appeal to the Planning Board's decision of disapproval of the Final Plat for Wedgewood Subdivision. The Planning Board recommended denial of the Preliminary Plat on July 15, 1985. The Board of Commissioners approved the Preliminary Plat on August 5, 1985 with conditions. The Planning board disapproved the Final Plat on August 19, 1985 by a vote of 5-2 with one abstention. The basis for this decision was a concern with the safety of the intersection of Jasper Lane and West Lebanon Road. The Planning Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat for Wedgewood Subdivision. Motion was made by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner Carey to approve the recommendation of the Planning Staff. VOTE: UNANIMOUS. 6. PINEVIEW ROAD/PINEVIEW DRIVE PPP ASSESSMENT ROLL Susan Smith presented for consideration confirmation of the assessment roll for the Pineview Road/Pineview Drive PPP project. Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to confirm the Assessment Roll, accept the Certificate of Mailing and direct the Tax Collector to collect the assessment. Confirmation time was 9:35 p.m. VOTE: UNANIMOUS. 7. PROPOSED SUBDIVISION REGULATION AMEMUMS-PARTIAL WIIYTH RIGHTS OF WAY Director of Planning Marvin Collins outlined the proposed amendments regulating partial width rights-of-way.
