APPEALICEDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION <br /> Susan Smith presented for consideration an appeal to the Planning <br /> Board's decision of disapproval of the Final Plat for Wedgewood Subdivision. <br /> The Planning Board recommended denial of the Preliminary Plat on July 15, <br /> 1985. The Board of Commissioners approved the Preliminary Plat on August 5, <br /> 1985 with conditions. The Planning board disapproved the Final Plat on August <br /> 19, 1985 by a vote of 5-2 with one abstention. The basis for this decision <br /> was a concern with the safety of the intersection of Jasper Lane and West <br /> Lebanon Road. The Planning Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat for <br /> Wedgewood Subdivision. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Carey to approve the recommendation of the Planning Staff. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 6. PINEVIEW ROAD/PINEVIEW DRIVE PPP ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> Susan Smith presented for consideration confirmation of the <br /> assessment roll for the Pineview Road/Pineview Drive PPP project. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall to confirm the Assessment Roll, accept the Certificate of Mailing and <br /> direct the Tax Collector to collect the assessment. Confirmation time was <br /> 9:35 p.m. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 7. PROPOSED SUBDIVISION REGULATION AMEMUMS-PARTIAL WIIYTH RIGHTS OF <br /> WAY <br /> Director of Planning Marvin Collins outlined the proposed amendments <br /> regulating partial width rights-of-way. <br />
