Thompson, Clerk to the Board <br /> Beverly A. Blythe, Director of Finance Gordon Baker, Administrative Secretary <br /> Joanna Bradshaw, Director of Planning Marvin Collins, Erosion Control Officer <br /> Warren Faircloth, Purchasing Director Pamela Jones, and Planner Susan Smith. <br /> A. BOARD COMMENTS <br /> Postponed. <br /> B. AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> None. <br /> C. MINUTES <br /> Postponed. <br /> D. APPOINTMENTS <br /> Postponed. <br /> E. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 1. EFLAND SEWER BOND OFFER <br /> County Manager Kenneth R. Thompson presented for public comment the <br /> order authorizing $200,000 Sanitary Sewer Bonds which was introduced at the <br /> meeting on October 15, 1985. <br /> THERE BEING NO COMMENTS, THE HEARING WAS CTASED. <br /> Don Willhoit read the order authorizing $200,000 sanitary sewer <br /> bonds. (The entire order is on pages272-2"Vt of these minutes. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall to adopt the order and authorize the County to issue bonds in the <br /> amount of $200,000 for sanitary sewer purposes. <br /> WTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall to direct the Clerk to the Board to publish the order together with <br /> the appended statement in the News of Orange and the Durham Herald. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 2. PROPOSED SEDIMENTATION AND EROSION CONTROL ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br /> Warren Faircloth presented for public comment the proposed <br /> amendments to the Sedimentation and Erosion Control Ordinance. <br /> Pat Davis of OWASA spoke in support of the proposed amendments. <br /> THERE BEING NO FURTHER COMMENTS, THE HEARING WAS CIASED. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall to amend the Sedimentation <br /> and Erosion Control Ordinance as published. <br /> MOTION DIED FOR LACK OF A SECOND. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Walker, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall to refer the proposed Sedimentation and Erosion Control Ordinance <br /> amendments listed below to the Planning Board for their recommendation. <br /> PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br />
