000:' 3 <br /> Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner Marshall <br /> seconded by Commissioner Carey and carried, the order <br /> introduced and passed on first reading on October 15, 1985 <br /> entitled: "ORDER AUTHORIZING $200, 000 SANITARY SEWER BONDS" was <br /> read a second time and placed upon its final passage. The vote <br /> upon the final passage of said order was: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Willhoit, Marshall, Carey, Lloyd and <br /> _Walker <br /> Noes: <br /> The Chairman then announced that the order entitled: <br /> "ORDER AUTHORIZING $200,000 SANITARY SEWER BONDS" had been <br /> adopted. <br /> The Clerk to the Board_ of Commissioners was thereupon <br /> directed to publish said order, together with the appended <br /> statement as required by The Local Government Bond Act, as <br /> amended, once in The News of Orange and The Durham Morning <br /> Herald. <br /> I, Beverly Blythe, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners <br /> for- the- County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that <br /> the foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of <br /> said Board at a meeting held on November 4, 1985 as relates in <br /> any way to the adoption of an order authorizing bonds of said <br /> County and that said proceedings are recorded in Minute Book No. <br /> 19 of the minutes of said Board, beginning at page and <br /> ending at page <br /> -2- <br />
