A model l ordinance has <br /> been drafted which addresses and regulates the activities that go On in <br /> "Massage Parlors", but also <br /> regulates the professional activity of ma s sage <br /> therapy consistent with other health therapists in the t <br /> ate. He asked that <br /> the Board consider the ordinance that is on hold in Chapel Hill and consider a <br /> new approach that would: (1) eliminate "massage parlors", ( ) provide <br /> Positive regulation, and ( ) prevent future emergence p e a <br /> activities under the wile o f prevent cf other criminal. <br /> E massage.
