Due to the shift in the location of the road, the pond which had <br /> been planned for the open space lot is no longer feasible, and the applicant <br /> proposes to include that area in lots 5 and 6 instead. A viewshed easement, <br /> within which no structures could-be built, is proposed for a distance of 100 feet <br /> along each side of the drainage swale between lots 5 and 6. The stream is not <br /> indicated on the USGS quadrangle maps, so no stream buffer is required. <br /> The Planning Board considered the proposed revision on May 20, 1996 and <br /> recommended approval. The vote was unanimous. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the revised Preliminary Plan for <br /> Pendle Hill per the attached Resolution of Approval. <br />
