The lot contains 13.45 acres, and is located in the <br /> Agricultural Residential (AR) zoning district,and the LITTLE-PW protected <br /> watershed overlay district. The Land Use Plan Designation is Agricultural <br /> Residential. <br /> On January 22, 1996 the Planning Board,by a 7 to 4 vote, recommended <br /> approval of the Preliminary Plan for Pendle Hill. The subdivision included six <br /> residential lots served by a Class B private road,and a 2.92-acre open space lot. <br /> The applicant's intent was to construct a pond on the open space lot. The four <br /> dissenting votes were based on concern that the proposed access was offset from <br /> the T-intersection of Walker Farm Road and New Sharon Church Road. The <br /> Orange County Commissioners approved the Preliminary Plan at its February 20, <br />
