He said the plan would be to sell these <br /> properties and return to the money to the tax roll to build new stations nearby. He said the <br /> other option is to enter a public/private partnership to co-locate a station in a commercial <br /> development on the same property. This second option would be modeled after 140 West on <br /> Franklin Street. <br />
