13 <br /> 3 . Grantor's Reserved Rights. The Grantor hereby reserves <br /> the following rights: <br /> 3 . 1 Existing Uses. To undertake or continue any <br /> activity or use of the Protected Property not prohibited by this <br /> Conservation Easement.
