13 <br /> 3 . Grantor's Reserved Rights. The Grantor hereby reserves <br /> the following rights: <br /> 3 . 1 Existing Uses. To undertake or continue any <br /> activity or use of the Protected Property not prohibited by this <br /> Conservation Easement. Prior to making any change in use of the <br /> Protected Property, the Grantor shall notify the Grantee in <br /> writing to allow t4ie Grantee a reasonable opportunity to <br /> determine whether such change would violate the terms or purposes <br /> of this Conservation Easement. <br /> 3 . 2 Transfer.
