The tract consists of two lots of record zoned Rural Buffer and <br /> University Lake Protected Watershed. Adjacent land uses are residential. <br /> Two existing residential structures,two mobile homes(which will be <br /> removed), and a shed are located on the property. A 100-foot Piedmont EMC <br /> power line right-of-way crosses the western portion of the site, running north- <br /> south. A 50-foot land use buffer is required adjacent to both sides of the power <br /> line right-of-way. <br />
