12 <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> OF THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> Date December 17, 1996 <br /> Name of Subdivision Fox Hill Farm Phase IIA <br /> Owner/App:icant Randall Fox <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby revokes its October 4, 1993 approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Phase IIA of Fox Hill Farm. This revocation renders null and void the plat <br /> entitled"Final Plat-Fox Hill Farm Phase Two Section A-1"recorded with the Orange County <br /> Register of Deeds Office at PB/PG 73/11 and the Declaration of Restrictions recorded with the <br /> Orange County Register of Deeds Office at BKPG 1318/449-451, and all requirements and <br /> dedications contained therein. <br /> Within 14 days of approval of this Resolution, a document withdrawing the Declaration of <br /> Restrictions contained in BKPG 1318/449-451 shall be reviewed and approved by the County <br /> Attorney and shall be recorded with the Orange County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> Signature of Property Owner Clerk to the Board <br /> I, , accept the revocation of subdivision approval described <br /> above, and acknowledge that any future development application will be considered a new <br /> request, subject to any requirements which are in effect at that time. <br />
