One <br /> possibility is to allow the committee to present more than one <br /> alternative, one of which would be a $40 million bond. <br /> Structure of the Committee <br /> Membership <br /> The committee structure is appropriate for the schools part of <br /> the bond referendum, but does not seem adequate for the county <br /> projects. If the commissioners identify other priorities, those <br /> categories could be represented. <br /> Eligibility <br /> A. Orange County resident <br /> B. Registered to vote and no delinquent county taxes <br /> Other Issues <br /> A. County commissioners may serve on this committee. <br /> B. The chair could be appointed by the commissioners. <br /> C. The budget for the committee needs to be established. <br />
