The draft changes are <br /> shown in boldface type on the attachment and provide for the <br /> following: <br /> • Clarification that Petty Leave earning is; prorated for a <br /> permanent part time employee. <br /> • Provision that, when hazardous weather conditions occur, <br /> the employee may use earned, unused Petty Leave in <br /> excess of the two hour limit for necessary absence. <br /> Currently the maximum amount of Petty Leave which may be <br /> used at any one time is two hours. This change would <br /> provide the employee an additional option, with the <br /> supervisor's approval, to cover necessary absence due to <br /> hazardous weather conditions. <br />
