During my five <br /> and a half years there, I worked with the cancer, heart disease/stroke, <br /> diabetes, physical activity& nutrition, injury&violence prevention, tobacco <br /> prevention and control, and asthma branches. My work was to promote <br /> education and outreach, and intervention programs (including those for the <br /> older population), especially for adults with chronic lower respiratory <br /> diseases and their associated conditions (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, <br /> arthritis, depression, etc.). <br /> Board of Health <br /> Same as above.
