14 <br /> Ordinance#20130909-10.F <br /> Town <br /> of <br /> HSince. _ 1754 <br /> C 1984 Tom of H!Csl migh <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO <br /> THE TOWN'S EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING JURISDICTION <br /> CONSISTENT WITH THE <br /> HILLSBOROUGH-ORANGE INTERLOCAL LAND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, The Town and Orange County began work in 2006 to manage land development in the <br /> central portion of Orange County, and <br /> WHEREAS, those cooperative efforts led to the adoption of the Hillsborough-Orange Interlocal Land <br /> Management Agreement which was duly adopted by both boards in 2009; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Town adopted a Future Land Use Map covering the geographic area described in the <br /> Interlocal Agreement <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Hillsborough Town Board of Commissioners, that the <br /> Mayor is hereby authorized to sign notifying the Board of Orange County Commissioners of our interest <br /> in releasing areas west of town from our Extraterritorial Zoning Jurisdiction and request jurisdiction over <br /> areas defined in the Interlocal Agreement. <br /> This the 9th day of September, 2013. <br /> �+. <br /> C.G <br /> SEAL` 'C <br /> Tom Stevens, Mayor <br /> f <br /> .
