14 <br /> 1 Michael Talbert asked if the Board would like to mention the new UDO proposed <br /> 2 changes. <br /> 3 Chair Jacobs said there were citizen concerns with the siting of the new White Cross <br /> 4 substation, and some residents felt that government facilities siting should have a public input <br /> 5 process prior to moving forward.
