If there is not enough existing vegetation, <br /> you may be required to plant additional trees . In that case, <br /> Emily will let you know how many trees need to be planted, <br /> and how to proceed if you wish to record the plat before the <br /> trees are planted. <br /> Health Department Approval <br /> A copy of the Final Plat must be signed by a sanitarian of <br /> the Orange County Environmental Health Division, certifying <br /> that each lot contains an approved percolation site. <br /> After the above requirements are met, the Planning Department <br /> will approve the Final Plat. The Final Plat and Road <br /> Maintenance Agreement can then be recorded.
