It is agreed that the following-described work is to be constructed at <br /> an estimated cost of $144.000. 00. <br /> Stream debris removal and disposal in Orange County, (Assessment Nos . <br /> 1-4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 14-17, 17A & 18) in the North Fork Little River, <br /> South Fork Little River, Eno River, Haw River and New Hope Creek <br /> Watersheds, North Carolina. <br /> B. The Sponsors will : <br /> 1 . Provide 25 percent of the cost of constructing the works of <br /> improvement described in Section A. This cost to the Sponsors is <br /> estimated to be $36.000. 00. <br /> 2 . Provide certification that real property rights have been <br /> obtained for installation of works of improvement . Certification <br /> will be provided on Form SCS-ADS-781 Assurances Relating to Real <br /> Property Acquisition, as amended. <br /> 3 .
