In addition to the work performed by the Contractor on the project,the operational staff must be knowledgeable and comfortable with the new <br /> equipment installed as part of this project.Effective system start-ups identify and correct problems before plant staff have to operate the system, <br /> and thorough staff training provides them the knowledge base to effectively and efficiently operate and maintain the system for the life of the <br /> system. <br /> Document Control <br /> McGill Associates utilizes an Information Management Solution(IMS)that gives our Construction Administrator and Client,the ability to quickly <br /> access,track and manage the large and complex flows of time sensitive information from different sources.The Information Management <br /> Solution utilizes a single,online database,eliminating multiple data sources,thus improving accuracy and timeliness in tracking and archiving <br /> documents and correspondence.This ensures organization and proper documentation of the project through the construction and post- <br /> construction phases. <br /> This organization also aids in project closeout.Timely receipt of as-builts,0&M manuals and other closeout documentation is essential to the <br /> overall success of the project. <br /> �M��ii Information Management <br /> Solution Reports <br /> spill <br /> ZZ <br /> w. <br /> C.C.► �.. These often include erosion and stormwater violations from construction activities,as <br /> well as sanitary sewer overflows(SSOs). A significant level of our experience has included the integration of new work into an existing system. <br /> Maintaining compliance during construction activities is a must. Our role is to help ensure that operational compliance is not jeopardized. For <br /> critical construction activities where compliance is a concern we require the Contractor to complete significant pre-planning and coordination <br /> with the operational staff.
