R ,yo a'ual a,aaaa' ii'1' <br /> Analysis Phase - Engineering Services <br /> At Mr.Chapman's disposal is a host of experts all within our Firm including surveying,permitting specialists and erosion control specialists,as <br /> well as electrical engineering,SCADA/instrumentation and control experts. <br /> Our contract administration and construction observation staff is well qualified to oversee this important project.No other element of our <br /> engineering services program is more important to our client than that of managing the process of project construction.Construction <br /> Administration/Management ensures that infrastructure improvements are made in accordance with the approved project plans and <br /> specifications;that the problems that may arise during construction are handled with minimal disruptions in schedules and additional expense; <br /> and that the project is completed on schedule and within budget. <br /> Our contract administration and field observation program for this project will be the responsibility of Wesley Wightman,PE. Mr.Wightman <br /> functions in this role full time.
