This success in minimizing change orders reflects the quality <br /> and accuracy of our plans and specifications,as well as the high quality of our field observation services. <br /> SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> McGill Associates is able to provide the entire range of professional services necessary to perform the work provided for in the County's <br /> Request for Qualifications. Therefore,it is anticipated that our Team will not require subcontractors to perform any of the services that are <br /> solicited by the County for this project.
