• Revise drawings as necessary to reflect specific minor details prior to beginning of construction <br /> or during construction, e.g. minor manhole location shifts and additions, deletion or shifting of <br /> service lateral locations, etc. <br /> • Major re-design work caused by unforeseen field conditions or other factors, e.g. rerouting <br /> entire sewer lines <br /> In addition to the above duties, Consultant will attend public meetings, Board of County <br /> Commissioners meetings, public hearings and information sessions as may be necessary during the <br /> course of the project. <br /> OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> The County shall provide or perform the following: <br /> 1. Access to and reproduction of all pertinent records maintained by the County; <br /> 2. Direction with regard to fundamental project objectives; <br /> 3. General review of all materials submitted; <br /> 4. Designate an owner's representative to interface with citizens and press and deal with public <br /> relation issues <br /> 5. Provide timely responses to questions from consultant <br /> 6. Submit all completed permit applications and regulatory review packages; <br /> PROJECT TIME: <br /> 1. Analysis Phase: Complete prior to beginning of construction phase. <br /> 2. Construction Phase: The construction phase shall be a maximum of 450 days from the Notice to <br /> Proceed date, which is anticipated to be September 30th. <br /> 3. Post-Construction Phase: As-built drawings and other post-construction engineering activities <br /> shall be completed within 30 days of the end of the Construction Phase. <br /> Specific items to be addressed are listed below: <br /> Submittal Information <br /> All respondents are requested to provide the information cited below, as well as any supplemental <br /> information that provides a comprehensive view of the firm, the proposed project team and the <br /> approach to this project. However, information should be presented in a clear and concise manner. <br /> Section II - Information About the Firm <br /> • General overview of the firm and its experience relative to this project; <br /> • Specifically address the firm's experience in working with stakeholders and speak to the <br /> composition of those groups (staff, citizens, customer, elected officials, etc.) <br /> • Note specifically experience with similar projects, by providing a list of <br /> completed projects (similar in areas including but not limited to, size and budget for <br /> each), minimum of five (5), providing for each: <br /> • Location and description (incl., initial budget, cost, facilities) <br /> • References <br /> • Project team involved with specific responsibilities <br /> • References from ten projects completed within the past five years. <br /> 3 <br />
