The following certifications and requests are <br /> made toward our cooperative effort in establishing a project <br /> agreement for emergency repair work: <br /> 1. The County Board of Commissioners requests <br /> that the procurement standards, procedures, and <br /> exhibits contained in the Natural Resources <br /> Conservation Service regulations for contracts, grants, <br /> and cooperative agreements be used in connection with <br /> contracts. <br /> 2. Due to our limited resources in this regard, the <br /> County Board of Commissioners requests the Natural <br /> Resources Conservation Service to assist us in <br /> preparing and reproducing solicitations and contractual <br /> documents to be issued by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> 3. The Board of Commissioners desires that $ .00 be <br /> considered as its portion of liquidated damages from <br /> the contract. <br /> 4. The County Board of Commissioners has the <br /> necessary funds required for our portion of the cost of <br /> installation of the works of improvement.
