21 <br /> RED LINE CONTENTS FOR UNIVERSITY MANOR, PHASE II <br /> (Located off SR 1721 , Riggsbee Road) <br /> 1 . Turn lane shown on Riggsbee Road does not have enough detail to <br /> verify the standard design. Therefore, please show the proper <br /> detail, so that our office can check the design. <br /> 2 . At all intersections , the adjoining roads must have at least <br /> 75 ' of 90 degree tangent length before a curve. <br /> 3. Beverstone Drive and Sherbon Drive must be built to state <br /> 'collector' roadway standards . Minimum centerline radii are to <br /> be 310 ' . Therefore, several of the curves shown will need to <br /> be redesigned to •meet the standard. The other roads may be <br /> designed to ' local ' roadway standards . <br /> 4. The 50 ' right-of-way shown does meet state standards; however, <br /> 60 ' of right-of-way is needed at the intersections . See figure <br /> 4A & 4B. <br /> 5. Much of the roadway design cannot be reviewed at this time due <br /> to the omission of the horizontal and vertical curve data. <br /> This data must be included so: that it can be reviewed for a <br /> final approval of the plans . <br /> 6. Water line must be located on right-of-way line or on a <br /> separate easement outside the right-of-way line. <br /> 7 . Right-of-way must be dedicated for standard 10 ' x 70 ' sight <br /> triangles at all intersections. <br /> 8 . No dead ends are permitted. A turn around must be provided. <br />
