The Town's primary concern <br /> with this tract is it's access to Old NC 86 and how that connection relates to <br /> existing driveways/roads. <br /> The request to convert to R-3 zoning is not inconsistent with any Town interests. <br /> You have a copy of the letter from the Town Engineer stating that water and sewer can <br /> be available to the site.
