Treatment capacity is available to serve this area, <br /> however,extensive offsite improvements/wctonxions will be required to be installed by the <br /> Developer in order for these services to be provided. The type and configuration of the <br /> extensions required will be determined once some specifics are known regarding the development <br /> (site plan). Attached is a copy of the Towns fee schedule for water and sewer services.
