Fikes <br /> None TELEPHONE NUMBERS: --ext. 2490 <br /> Hillsborough 732-8181 <br /> Chapel Hill 968-4501 <br /> Durham 688-7331 <br /> Mebane 227-2031 <br /> PURPOSE: <br /> To approve the impact fee reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity in the amount of <br /> $12,000. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On November 1, 1995, the BOCC approved a policy for impact fee reimbursement to local non- <br /> profit organizations meeting the established eligibility criteria. <br /> The County has received a reimbursement request from Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. <br /> Specifically,the agency is asking for$12,000 in reimbursement for impact fees paid for four houses <br /> that are in process or completed. The houses are located at the following addresses: <br /> 1. Lot 5, Culbreth Park Subdivision; Chapel Hill Township <br /> (Family of two(2);Annual Income $21,000) <br /> 2. Lot 21, Culbreth Park Subdivision; Chapel Hill Township <br /> (Family of three(3); Annual Income $15,340) <br /> 3. Lot 33, Culbreth Park Subdivision; Chapel Hill Township <br /> (Family of three(3); Annual Income$14,300) <br /> 4. Lot 34, Culbreth Park Subdivision; Chapel Hill Township <br /> (Family of five(5);Annual Income $14,000) <br /> There is a line-item in the current year Community Development Program budget for these <br /> expenditures.
